Sorry about the poor quality, I had to take it with my digital camera. This picturs too big to fit in my scanner, and to be honest even if it wasn't I really couldn't be bothered to set it up I'm lazy! This, as the title says, is part of my art coursework. This is part of the "development of ideas" and "artist link" section. The development part been the text underneath the eye where the bottem eyelashes should be. If you can't read the text, it says "For every beauty there is an eye to see it." I thought this was ironic, since in the pupil there is skull which as we all know usually represents death. Who's eyes would see beauty within death? The destruction of a loved one? The artist link if you don't already know is M.C Escher He is totally one of my favorite artists. His pencil works looks so amazing and his ideas are just genius <3
This was done on A3 paper useing a 4H, F and 4B pencil. I'm going to post a close up of the pupil in a second I think Enjoy! Art belongs to me, but the origonal belongs to M.C Escher of course!
Got some unscannable artwork? Own a camera but no scanner? Here's a guide of things to consider in order to effectively take quality photographs of your work. [A tutorial by `fox-orian]

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
